It seems a systemwide night dispatch talkgroup is no longer used and each service area has there own talkgroup with 24 hour dispatching from Dayton. The Dayton 8 dispatcher in Moraine now covers 24 hour line dispatching for all territories including Dayton. same goes for Metro Customer Service that covers meter & billing (turn on/offs) the entire area as well. Also line construction is on the line channel.

Dayton 1 Transmission Control Dispatcher, Line Switching.
Also the patches
on the system has decreased as all line radios have been
reprogrammed
and only service talkgroups are patched now.
Dayton Power and Light only covers electric
service. All natural gas services were sold
to Vectren Gas and Vectren has left the
DP&L radio system.
