How it works

Your referral needs to let us know that you sent them at sign up time. We cannot honor referrals after this point.

Buddy credits can be issued using our sign up CDs, or over the phone. If your referral is using a CD to setup our service, they will be prompted to enter your SISCOM username. If your referral calls to start an account, they must specify who referred them.

Once we know who has referred them, your account will be updated to reflect the free month of service. The free month will be listed on your next account statement.

How do I know when my referral signs up?

After the person you refer signs on with SISCOM, you will receive an e-mail message from us confirming that they created an account.

Once your referral becomes a regular SISCOM member we will issue your account a credit for one months free service.

Rules

1. We must be informed of your referral at sign up time. You cannot call back later and inform us that you referred them.
2. Referred customer must pay the setup fees and must pay for at least one month of service.
3. You must be a SISCOM customer to receive buddy credits.
4. Only one member is eligible per referral.
5. Once a name is given for referral it cannot be changed at a later date.
6. Referrals are only good once.
7. Referrals are only issued as credit to your account. No money is paid for referring members.
8. If your account is not a $14.95/mo account your account will be credited $14.95 instead of a free month. ex., If you have 128K ISDN and you sign up a 56K account you will be credited $14.95, not the higher ISDN rate.
9. This promotion started on March 22nd, 1998. No prior referrals are included.
