Prices are based on a yearly contract. There is a $125.00 fee for early termination of your account.
Service Charges May Occur: In the event that it becomes necessary to involve SBC/ASI when troubleshooting your DSL access, please be advised that Ameritech Telco may opt to send a service technician to your location. We make every attempt to prevent this from inadvertently occurring. However, we do not always receive notification when Ameritech has dispatched the service technician. If Ameritech decides it is necessary to send a service technician to your site, please understand that they will invoice SISCOM for the service call.
SISCOM cannot accept responsibility for these charges, and the charges will be invoiced to the customer. If you wish to appeal these charges please contact Siscom directly and we will make every attempt to have SBC/ASI reverse the invoice. Please be aware that SISCOM makes every effort to notify Ameritech when we DO NOT require a service technician to be dispatched to your location. However, if the service call is placed by Ameritech, the invoice will be billed to the customer, and those charges are typically ~$90 per hour. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to call SISCOM Technical Support.
