Windows XP Category View
1. Click Start and select Control Panel then Network And Internet Connections.
2. Click Setup or Change your Internet Connection and select Setup on the Internet Properties window.
3. Click Next on the New Connection Wizard window.
4. On the Network Connection Type window, select Connect to the internet and click Next.
5. On the Getting Ready window, select Setup My Connection Manually and click Next.
6. Select Connect using a dial-up modem and click Next.
7. Enter Siscom as the name of the connection and click Next.
8. On the Phone Number window, enter your area's dial-up access phone number and click Next.

9. Enter your Username and Password, confirm your Password and click Next.
10. Make sure the box labeled "Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop"
is checked and click Finished.

3. Select Dial Up to the Internet and click Next.
4. On the Internet Connection Wizard, select "I want set up my internet account manually, or I want to connect through a local area network (LAN)" and click Next.
5. Select "I connect through phone line and a modem" and click Next
6. On the Phone Number window, enter your area's dial-up access phone number and click Next.

7. Enter your Username and Password and click Next.

9. If you would like to setup an internet mail account for Outlook Express, continue on. If not, select No.
10. Uncheck the To Connect to the Internet Immediately box and click Finish.

5. Once the message "You have successfully created a new Dial-Up connection" appears, click Finish.
6. Right click on the new icon labeled Siscom and select Properties with the left mouse button.
7. Make sure the box labeled "User area code and country code when dialing" is left unchecked.
8. Select the Server Types tab at the top.
- Make sure that only "Enable software compression" and "TCP/IP" are checked.
9. Click OK. 10. Click on the Siscom dial-up icon.
- Make sure your Username is followed by @siscom.net
