The primary mailbox server is currently unavailable due to a
suspected hardware fault. We are investigating.

On Wednesday 5th July, beginning at 6am, we will be performing
essential maintenance on one of our core switches. All services
may experience brief interruptions.
We will do our best
to keep these to an absolute minimum and we expect this activity
to be completed by 9am EDT at the latest.

on one of our DSL routers. DSL customers connecting over SBC lines
may experience interruptions to their service. We will do our best
to keep these to an absolute minimum and we expect this activity

The upgrade of our dial-up circuits overnight last night
was completed smoothly and successfully.
Dial-up modem and ISDN service is back to normal.

We will be upgrading our dial-up circuits overnight on Monday, 27th
February/Tuesday, 28th February.
Users may experience breaks in service during this period.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
This will impact dial-up modem and ISDN customers only. DSL,
leased-line and colocation services are not expected to be
affected in any way.

| Connectivity problems |
9th February 2006
Yesterday, we experienced a fault in one of our boundary routers. This
coincided with unrelated problems at one of our upstream providers who
suffered a fiber cut. As a result, some customers may have experienced
poor connectivity to some or all destinations. We believe both of these
issues are now resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

has been postponed. We no longer anticipate any interruptions of
