I have a God given talent for engines, and I have developed this talent. There were many hours of prayer, and many hours of testing as the Lord led me to this new design. It includes; the heat of compression theory, the water injection, the two cranks, the purge air, supercharging, and the waste heat recovery system. I first patented this engine in 1974 with engines running. This is a one- man operation, very low budget, with primitive tools, because there has been no money available. I have worked with these engines for more than 30 years, and I know the ins and outs of this design. I will be glad to help you in all phases of planning and development. I have already done it. You will not be able to get this new design running quickly without my help. Without my personal attention it would take thousands of these papers to enable you to quickly build a Kramer Engine. As far as I know no one has tried to build and test, because it is very difficult to do an entire engine.

I have said from the beginning, the Lord has given this engine, and it will be handled in a like manner. I’m looking for engine companies in place, who want to manufacture Kramer Engines. The license fee will be paid weekly. The company agrees to schedule Kramer Engine employees up to a limit of 6 days in a row. All Kramer Engine employees will have a full day off each week. All mass produced production Kramer Engines sold in the United States will be manufactured in the United States. That is the cost of a license to manufacture and sell Kramer Engines. There will be a royalty fee for each engine produced, and I will borrow on prepaid royalties. I can offer this engine to the world, because only my money has been spent. These are my patents, my designs, my labor and my technologies.
