'DOES IT PAY To BE A CHRISTIAM?'

INTRODUCTION.

1.To become a Christian according to GOD'S Word the Bible, One must Obey The Gospel 
Of CHRIST, The Facts of the Gospel being the, 
a.The Death, 
b.The Burial, 
c.The Resurrection, of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.
2.The Gospel is GOD'S Power unto Salvation to everyone that believes it. Romans 
1:16-17.
3.The Gospel is what JESUS told the Apostles to Preach to all nations when He gave 
them the great Commission. Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20; Luke 24:46-49.
4.Man's part in obeying the Gospel is; 
a.Man must first Hear the Gospel. Romans 10:14; 
b.Man must Believe the Gospel. Hebrews 11:6; Romans 10:17. 
c.Man must Repent of sins, Luke 13:3; Acts 17:30.
d.Man must Confess Christ before man,Matthew 10:32-33; Romans 10:9-10; Acts 8:37. 
e.Man must be baptized into Christ, Mark 16:15-16; Acts 2:38;
22:16; Romans 6:3-4; Galations 3:26-27.
5.The advantage in being a Christian are very great.

(I).IT PAYS TO BE A CHRISTIAN IN LIFE:
A.There is an advantage in Temperal Blessings;
Matthew 6:33; Psalms 37:25; Romans 8:28; Matthew 5:44-45.

B.There is an advantage in the Spiritual Blessings; Ephesians 1:3; Romans 8:28; 
1 Corinthians 10:13

l.A Christian is a New Creature: 2 Corinthians 5:17.
2.The Christian has Redemption found only In Christ; Colossians 1:13-14.
3.The Christians has All of GOD'S Promises; 2 Corinthians 1:20.
4.The Christian has Salvation From All Past Sins; 2 Timothy 2:10.
5.The Christian has No Condemnation; Romans 8:1.
6.The Christian Has the Love of GOD which no one can take away; Romans 8:35-39.
7.The Christian is Made Complete; Colossians 2:10.
8.The Christian Has Divine Companionship; 2 Corinthians 6:16; Galations 2:20.
9.The Ck~istian has the Peace of GOD; Philippians 4:4-7.

(II).IT PAYS TO BE A CHRISTIAN IN DEATH:
A.David the King over Isreal enjoyed this Blessing from GOD; Psalms 23:23:4.
B.King Solomon also enjoyed this Blessing from GOD; Ecclesiastes 12:7.
C.Jesus While Dying On the Cross enjoyed this blessing from GOD; Luke 23:46.
D.Stephen's the first Christian Martyr enjoyed this blessing: Acts 7:59-60.

(III).IT PAYS IN ETERNITY:
A.We have the Hope of Eternity; Hebrews 6:19; Ephesians 2:12.
B.The Christian has the blessings of\nothing but Happiness; Revelation 14:13.
C.GOD will furnish the Christian complete Watch-Care In Eternity; Revelation 21:1-4; 
21-27.


CONCLUSION:
SO FROM WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED FROM THIS LESSON, IT REALLY PAYS TO BE A CHRISTIAN.
