Lu'Narr Empire
A race of moon-worshippers, the Lu'Narr agreed to sell their ship designs to Akhmed in exchange for twenty-eight thousand tons of moon rocks. (Reports that the moon rocks were the stolen property of Terran museums cannot be proven, and Uncle Akhmed is deeply offended by the insinuation.)

Collected by Uncle Akhmed's brother, Uncle Hassan, who refuses to divulge the purchase price. (He also adamantly denies any involvement with the disappearance of top-secret weapons research files from facilities on Malfadoris Prime.)
